Product Review: Delighted with product
Great service as arrived in 2days. My first flat pack ever (50 yr female) and completed in 4 hours so chuffed with myself. Product is much more comfortable and expensive looking to those that I have tried in shops so I am delighted with it - just got to sit back and wait for sun to shine.

Product Review: Alls well that ends well
I ordered this furniture to replace an ancient plastic set. It arrived well packaged within a couple of days, and appeared to be in good order once assembled.
On using the furniture for the first time however, my poor guest was thrown unceremonially to the ground when one of the chairs gave way underneath her, the leg having splintered badly. Another chair was also found to be faulty,although not to the same degree.
I contacted the seller Tyne Trading, who responded immediately,promising to contact the importer Bonnington Plastics.
After a gentle reminder about 10 days later, I received 2 replacement chairs by courier yesterday 20/5/13.
All in all, the furniture is value for money, but do inspect it properly before inviting your loved ones and friends to sit down!

Brilliant to look at and very comfy to sit on. Excellent design concept. Problem is that if you sit on edge they tip over. Needs a circular disk around bottom of chairs to prevent this.

just wanted to let future buyers know that although I havent bought from this suppier i have had teh exact same style and wood type of furniture and i can honestly say that it was great value. it does need treated at least yearly but its a good choice.
