Product Review: Excellent product.
After I ordered this product I immediately received an email form Modern Living asking me to specify colour and provide a contact number for their carriers. Once I had given them my mobile number they rang me to give a date and approximate time. Modern Living were as good as their word and the product arrived when they said it would.
The set comes really well packaged in one large box. There seems to be no chance of the product being damaged as it is packaged so well. One thing to note is the box is really large, so if you have a small side gate, as I do, then you will be opening the box on your drive and taking it through to the garden piece by piece.
The only minor complaint I had was with the delivery driver. He rang me to say he couldn't find my house and while I was giving him directions he started to get a little shirty with me, then when he arrived he seemed happy to sit in the lorry while I heaved the box off the back and onto my drive.
