Product Review: Alls well that ends well
I ordered this furniture to replace an ancient plastic set. It arrived well packaged within a couple of days, and appeared to be in good order once assembled.
On using the furniture for the first time however, my poor guest was thrown unceremonially to the ground when one of the chairs gave way underneath her, the leg having splintered badly. Another chair was also found to be faulty,although not to the same degree.
I contacted the seller Tyne Trading, who responded immediately,promising to contact the importer Bonnington Plastics.
After a gentle reminder about 10 days later, I received 2 replacement chairs by courier yesterday 20/5/13.
All in all, the furniture is value for money, but do inspect it properly before inviting your loved ones and friends to sit down!

Product Review: Quality outdoor set.
I bought this set about three weeks ago and have been pretty impressed so far. It looks great, has a heavy glass top and you can adjust the feet so you dont have a wobbly table.

The set arrived within five days and as we unpacked it we were impressed by the quality. The set was easy to set up with the table coming flat packed but simple to erect, the only complaint was that we were short of three bolts which are used to connect the base to the top. Luckily I had some in my tool box which I used instead but it was a shame, something simple like that can let down the service and quality of the set.

The plastic Rattan is strong and well weaved so we're not worried about it unraveling. We wanted rattan furniture as its easier to look after than hardwood and the aluminium frame means it wont rust like steel. The set comes with a good fabric cover, which looks good quality and means that when its covered it still looks smart. Nothing worse than having a really nice set...

The set that was sent is ok. Totally different from the the bistro set i ordered. The Chairs are completely the wrong style and although the table is correct, it came damaged e.g..scratch on glass, damaged on corner and leans to one side. After trying to get through to rattan and being cut off after the auto service I GAVE UP!

I am so pleased with this attractive garden furniture. Once I got the hang of how to build the chairs they weren't too difficult, likewise with the table. Product Review: Fantastic quality and value
I had seen a table and chair set in a well known DIY store for almost double the price of this set. I really liked it and came across this set as a cheaper alternative.
I place my order and it arrived within 2 days.
I have to say the quality is absolutely fantastic, solid and well made. Even better than I expected given the great price!
The chairs have little safety catches to stop them closing by themselves, which is great for small children who lean forward on these types of chairs! The table is lovely with a smooth extending mechanism.
Only a small amount of self assembly is required, I'm a 30 yr old female and managed to do it by myself, although it was heavy!!
Highly recommend this set, you won't be disappointed.
I'm really pleased with it.
