Product Review: Excellent product, great service, great price.
We purchased this dining set, along with a "Bananna Bench" as we wanted to update what we had in the garden. Teak can be so costly but we recognised how durable it can be and waited for a good deal to come along. This is a fantastic deal on a great product. It was delivered very quickly and the driver assembled the table without fuss. At this price I don't honestly think you can beat this set. We have had lots of very positive comments from friends and family when we have used the set over the past weeks - when it has not been raining. I would certainly recommend this set to anyone looking for some quality garden furniture that seems to me as it is will last for a very long time.

Product Review: Shame the weather isn't playing ball
We purchased this set having once again said "lets buy some more directors chairs etc to get us through another summer" then I saw this. Thought the price must be wrong but ordered it anyway. Foxed my husband who felt sure there must be other boxes after I had described it to him. Once unpacked we were so pleased with it and it does fit together really easily to put it away. I am disabled so that some of the wooden furniture is too heavy for me to move - this furniture is light enough to move but not so light it is unstable. Really really pleased with it, just need the weather to start co-operating.

Product Review: Amazing set
This really is a high quality set and easy to assemble by one person. The only thing is that the glass plate has a protective plastic layer which is quite a job to get it all off, but it did the job as there weren't any scratches at all.
They sent me a beige parasol by accident but when I sent them an email I got a prompt reply and had the black one delivered within 2 days, so absolutely amazing customer service.
Quick delivery too, so highly recommended!

Product Review: disappointing
The goods arrived promptly, packed in a flimsy and quite unsuitable cardboard box that was falling apart. The chairs were damaged due to lack of protection - there was no packing material inside the box. The table top was dented, probably at the factory as it was in an inner box that was OK. The supplier was very helpful and said they would send a replacement when I returned the damaged items. They arranged collection free of charge. The replacement was not so quick arriving, and was packed no better than the first, which I think shows a lack of customer care. But this time there was no transit damage, though the table top was scratched.

The chairs are comfortable though perhaps not very robust. The table assembled easily and is quite smart, but the foot is not very wide so it tips easily. It needs a level surface to stand on though there is a little adjustment in the feet. I don't think I will be able to leave it out in windy weather.
